government .. hot in the heels .. of all its citizens .. to recover mountains of lost funds .. banks woes left behind ..

.. assisted with a fines galore .. fine culture at its best .. by all the state's operatives .. traffic wardens, traffic police .. a hoard of hard-working agents ..

.. out to get the revenues .. Councils, government .. requires .. to balance .. what it can not be balanced ..

.. the spending cuts .. the scrapping of people's jobs .. are not enough ..

a debt collecting boom .. public and private .. growth unprecented .. all aimed .. at making money .. out of the misery .. of individuals ..

.. make their hapless victims-citizens .. pay dearly
