Corporations lay claim for the internet? Whose internet lay claim upon?

"Once you allow the state in, you open the door to all sorts of regulation of the internet controls on content creation," he said.

..'allow the state in'.. 'regulation of the internet controls on content creation' .. .. censorship .. allow ..

.. 'said that internet access was now becoming a human right' .. and as a human right .. no-one .. can touch it ..

.. no governments .. no companies .. no corporations .. only human individuals .. exercising their right ..

"Sir Tim Berners-Lee told the BBC that legislation may be needed if self-regulation failed."

regulate to what .. self-regulation aside .. to suit whose standards

let alone fail .. who is going to assess .. failure or success .. Sir Tim Berners-Lee?

.. the internet has surpassed .. gone beyond .. to what was in the mind .. of any of its original creators ..

.. it has reached to a point .. that no-one can claim rights .. neither for pitiful financial rights .. nor .. intellectual rights ..

self-regulation? .. there is no .. self-regulation .. there is only .. self-organization ..

self-regulation .. policing .. is never required .. what will be reinforced .. it is what positive feedback will bring forth ..

and it would be what .. expresses to the hilt .. the needs, wants, aspirations, pursuits .. of human individuals

the human individuals .. are not the reckless beasts .. that need enlightened ... elites .. to tell them what's good for them .. and what's not ..
