when .. to be a criminal becomes a liberating act ..

revulsion .. that makes me puke .. utterly disgusting any reference to money ..the much-maligned .. used and abused notion of taxpayers money ..

I did not like .. the pictures of young people .. brandished in the cover .. revulsion ..and utter disgust .. overwhelmed my being ..

hypocrite .. the notion befitting .. to the crime perpetrated against .. human dignity .. or .. most likely .. in what stupor one is in .. lost into oblivion .. into the cuddly and warm .. cesspool one's mind is indulging in ... refusing ..stubbornly to bat an eyelid ..

unashamedly .. branding as criminals .. culprits and perpetrators .. youth .. instead of searching deep ..for the real culprits and perpetrators .. not in their families .. neither their neighborhoods .. but their wider environment .. their societies .. their educational establishments .. their authorities .. local and national .. councils, government and state ..

the scourge of our society .. the young men .. branded as criminals .. where did they come from .. they sprouted out of no-where .. appeared just by magic ..

out of .. an ultra-caring ..and benevolent society .. one that nurtured them .. an educational system .. the best that money can buy .. ungrateful sods ..

the system was in pains .. doing its best .. to prepare them to be good citizens ..

jobs .. a vital complement .. to the entity .. human individual .. but under the excrutiating, profit-making, oriented .. strangle-held societies ..

.. jobs have to pass .. through the filter .. money demands .. of the companies that hold and distribute the jobs .. the maxim of profits .. the company's monetary gains .. the shieve through which .. every human effort .. has to squeeze through .. everything that's uplifting .. is crushed to pulp ..

and if the educational system .. did not manage to get them the qualifications .. that companies, corporations, state .. in their ever competitive world they have created .. competition that amounts .. singled-out .. in monetary terms .. the gains .. the profits .. the revenues .. for companies, corporations, state ..alike

.. they give them dole money .. to spend to their heart's delight .. alas these are not enough .. barely sustain themselves .. for basic food and shelter .. let alone a life .. that is fulfiling and rewarding ..

condemning them .. to a life .. of misery and poverty .. invisible but very real constraints .. self-inflicted .. deriding .. nullifying ..

when .. to be a criminal becomes a liberating act .. the world given to them .. inherited .. put strains on them .. barriers .. iron bars .. that keep them confined .. unable to do .. what one's inclinations dictate ..

assume .. good intentions .. from your part

maximise profits .. the mantra ..

as employers .. as any kind of institution existing .. be that company .. corporation .. bank .. to the very state proper .. with government and administration .. society .. a vile and demeaning construct .. societal social .. infrastructure ..

nurtured and groomed to overflow the ranks of the job-less .. a job being .. not the means .. to gain money .. to buy .. goods and services ..

but the culmination .. of the whole being of an individual .. where one's aspirations .. combined with the skills one possess .. to fulfil one's destiny .. to find purpose and solace ..

individuals .. spending their lives .. and contribute to society ..

money .. if ever .. money can be construed as an indicator .. of a society's state of health .. measuring human qualities .. in money ..

how many billions of pounds .. of integrity .. the people in Britain .. possess .. of honesty .. trust .. compassion .. care for fellow people .. all measured .. if ever it is possible .. to be budgeted .. in money .. bundles of pounds .. useless .. unimaginative .. downright demeaning ..

what a ridiculous notion .. to what depths of depravity .. the mere thought .. not just the application .. of monetary standards to the affairs that people engage in ..

Don't Talk to Cops, Part 2

Don't Talk to Cops, Part 1

Apathy in the ..camp UK.

In Man's Search for Meaning, in Wikipedia. Viktor Frankl's 1946 book.

Frankl identifies three psychological reactions experienced by all inmates to one degree or another:

(1) shock during the initial admission phase to the camp,
(2) apathy after becoming accustomed to camp existence, in which the inmate values only that which helps himself and his friends survive, and
(3) reactions of depersonalization, moral deformity, bitterness, and disillusionment if he survives and is liberated.

.. 'apathy after becoming accustomed to camp existence, in which the inmate values only that which helps himself and his friends survive,' ..

.. apathy .. in the camp .. UK .. camp existence .. UK existence .. inmate values .. ..'only that which helps himself and his friends survive' ..

.. inmate .. the citizen .. now refered to .. as client .. by Councils .. local government .. driven to value what helps self\family\friends .. to survive ..

.. citizen-client values what renders .. that survival possible .. money .. above all else ..

.. apathy .. engineered within the psyche .. of the client-citizen .. for a reason ..

.. to isolate .. selves .. from one another .. it is a lot easier .. to deal with ..

.. since .. apathy .. leads to .. 'reactions of depersonalization, moral deformity, bitterness, and disillusionment if he survives' ..

even if .. the citizen-client .. survives .. which is not guaranteed ..

.. it would still be .. morally deformed .. bitter .. disillusioned .. citizen-client ..

.. a lazy hunter's dream prey .. it makes governing .. a doddle

Corporations lay claim for the internet? Whose internet lay claim upon?

"Once you allow the state in, you open the door to all sorts of regulation of the internet controls on content creation," he said.

..'allow the state in'.. 'regulation of the internet controls on content creation' .. .. censorship .. allow ..

.. 'said that internet access was now becoming a human right' .. and as a human right .. no-one .. can touch it ..

.. no governments .. no companies .. no corporations .. only human individuals .. exercising their right ..

"Sir Tim Berners-Lee told the BBC that legislation may be needed if self-regulation failed."

regulate to what .. self-regulation aside .. to suit whose standards

let alone fail .. who is going to assess .. failure or success .. Sir Tim Berners-Lee?

.. the internet has surpassed .. gone beyond .. to what was in the mind .. of any of its original creators ..

.. it has reached to a point .. that no-one can claim rights .. neither for pitiful financial rights .. nor .. intellectual rights ..

self-regulation? .. there is no .. self-regulation .. there is only .. self-organization ..

self-regulation .. policing .. is never required .. what will be reinforced .. it is what positive feedback will bring forth ..

and it would be what .. expresses to the hilt .. the needs, wants, aspirations, pursuits .. of human individuals

the human individuals .. are not the reckless beasts .. that need enlightened ... elites .. to tell them what's good for them .. and what's not ..

Middle East geopolitics? Considerations that are in every way irrelevant. Chaos? .. there is no fear out of chaos .. chaos is feared by regimes alone.

Middle East geopolitics? Considerations that are in every way irrelevant ..

peace? .. if anyone can bring peace .. in that region .. it would never be, by .. any Assad .. Hezbollah .. Hamas .. Ayatollahs .. Israeli regime .. but the people themselves ..

Syria's long-term stability .. built upon oppressed people .. rotten foundations ..

in Lebanon ..in Israel .. in Iran .. regimes .. in this warped platform of geopolitical status quo .. it only gives reason .. for them .. to supress their people ..

chaos? .. there is no fear out of chaos .. chaos is feared by regimes alone .. chaos creates abundant alternatives for people to probe and seek out solutions .. solutions that would meet .. to their demands .. and their needs .. alone .. and never .. and not the needs .. of the handful of people .. that make up the regimes

people want to determine their destiny .. by their very own hands .. for their own sake .. alone

.. Syrian regime .. wants the upper-hand ..that arms provide ..

.. fighting ideas .. with arms .. at the hands of army and police ..

.. instead of .. making it possible .. for ideas to fight .. against ideas

.. Syrian regime's answer to Syrian people's demand for change given with armed violence ..

.. Syrian regime asked for it .. there is no other choice .. for opposition .. but to comply

.. everything that went and goes on .. in the protests .. in North Africa and Middle East ..

.. always the oppressor regimes .. answered back with the use of arms ..

.. while at the same .. expecting from protesters .. to fight back ..

.. with empty hands .. and bare chests .. to make an easy target ..

.. for their armies .. to shoot at .. to establish the superiority of their ideas ..

Leaders, a lurking danger to humanity. Saif Gaddafi points the way.

.. under a new constitution that would reduce his father's role to a symbolic one, ..

even if .. one accept this statement .. as evidence .. that Gaddafi's role

.. is anything other than symbolic .. as they endlessly .. have insisted upon ..

can Gaddafi be .. even more symbolic ... than .. he already is ..

Saif Gaddafi .. has created .. a bubble .. and within it .. hides .. cowers .. feels secure .. totally isolated ..

one person .. two .. three .. more .. huddle together .. support each other .. feed one another .. back and forth

the feedback .. from one another .. excruciating .. pounds their ears .. their senses ..numbs their minds ..

its walls .. a lense .. that distorts .. warps .. changes its surroundings .. unable to see clear ..

shelling of Misrata .. the city destroyed ..killings of people .. civilian .. rebel ..no difference ..

and all that he sees .. terrorists .. armed militia .. al Qaeda operatives

"Once we get rid of them, everything will be solved." .. what tragedy that statement foresees ..

get rid of them? .. the terrorists .. armed militia ... al Qaeda .. .. like the scum they are .. what is in his mind ..

get rid of them? .. the civilians .. the peaceful people turned rebels .. women and chldren .. scum? .. what most of the world sees ..

their lives .. their cities .. all hanging .. from the images .. in the minds .. of the bubble-inhabitants Saif .. Muammar .. his family ...

that the rest of the world .. should heed .. respect and obey .. the uttering .. of their mouths ..

the delusions .. that .. mind-numbing .. self-imposed isolation .. since born .. has fostered and propagated ..

in Gaddafi .. and his sons .. and all his family

that is the system for you .. the world over .. the god-given leaders .. sent upon earth .. destined to abuse humanity ..

their bubble .. the film so thin .. will eventually burst ..and empty its contents .. all that is .. would be amply revealed .. to Saif .. Muammar ..

is so numbingly insane .. drives one mad .. when people manage to gain, given podium .. channels to communicate .. given a licence and torture the minds of
other people .. whoever hears, sees them .. I would say .. exhilarating .. when finally .. they see what is .. as is ..

China, low per capita income suits and defines its growth rates.

Is China overtaking America?
"Moreover, linear projections of economic growth trends can be misleading. Emerging countries tend to benefit from imported technologies in the early stages of economic takeoff, but their growth rates generally slow as they reach higher levels of development."

.. linear projections of economic growth trends can be misleading .. why use them then .. is the 'misleading' term .. not an incentive enough .. to curb its use .. platforms .. stages .. linear projections .. from stage to stage .. from platform to platform .. an approach if not essential .. at least practical .. but in essence non-linear

what would be the criteria .. to recognise a platform .. and upon it establish .. any projections ..

.. an analysis of the ever-evolving states .. economies along with other factors .. accompanied ..

recognising platforms .. in the past .. and recognizing platforms .. in the future ..

"In 1800, Asia represented more than half of global population and output. By 1900, it represented only 20 per cent of world output – not because something bad happened in Asia, but rather because the Industrial Revolution had transformed Europe and North America into the world's workshop."

In 1800, half .. in 1900 .. 20% .. Asia continued along the same lines ..along the same lines .. from 1800 to 1900 .. growing with the same parameters .. whereas .. Europe and North America entered the stage of Industrial Revolution .. their growth parameters changed .. became more productive .. growing faster .. reducing Asia's share .. of global population and output ..

"But, even if overall Chinese GDP reaches parity with that of the US in the 2020s, the two economies will not be equal in composition."

how can this be explained .. as both economies projections are only linear .. matching each other .. China's growth rate .. running faster than the US .. equal each other .. in what ever terms this equality is taken .. but the non-equality in composition ..is not achieved

composition ..what defines the state .. for both economies .. and therefore .. the platforms .. the stages .. the two countries are .. upon which any future projections of economic growth .. should be based upon ..

chinese government .. have squeezed every ounce .. that the chinese people had to offer .. without putting back at all .. or very little .. for the people to grow

China can not continue .. with the same parameters .. for ever .. it has to change its parameters .. to create the next stage .. the platform upon which .. any future projections should be based upon .. it has to emulate US in that matter .. one reason China sustains such high growth rates .. it is because of cheap labour .. the low per capita income .. hence the need for having an oppressive regime .. and constantly living under the fear of people revolting against the communist party .. such a state of affairs is unsustainable

.. from the other point it raises doubts .. as to the quality of the growth .. China is endowed with .. whether .. such high rates of growth .. can be sustained after a government or people induced, rise of the per capita income .. as any such rise would have an effect .. on the competitiveness of China's products ..

can China afford .. a rise in per capita income .. the higher spending for military purposes .. along with what is allocated for security indicates that is not .. security because of fear of uprisings .. a result of ruling party continuing to favour a policy of low incomes ..

"Unlike India, which was born with a democratic constitution, China has not yet found a way to channel the demands for political participation (if not democracy) that tend to accompany rising per capita income."

World Bank foresees Middle East North Africa autocrats demise and prepares to embrace the new states emerging. Setting up traps.

"Our message to our clients, whatever their political system, is that you cannot have successful development without good governance and without the participation of your citizens," Zoellick told a gathering at the Peterson Institute."

World Bank chief: Citizens need voice in Arab world

clients? .. whatever political system? .. not whatever political system ..

... World Bank does its business .. with the autocrats .. they are its only clients ..

.. sneaky .. if not shifty .. Mr Robert Zoellick .. World Bank President ..

..foresees the demise of the Middle East North Africa autocrats ..

..people's movement is something to be reckoned with .. can not be ignored ..

.. ready to do business .. paves the way .. with the new 'clients' emerging

.. setting up the trap .. quite early .. they are in for a surprise

Capitalism ..is un-natural. Banks, financials owe their existence to.

.. because it would force them to raise and retain more capital (which is expensive), ..

"The big banks will claim that putting their retail banks into subsidiaries would impose significant extra costs on them - because it would force them to raise and retain more capital (which is expensive), and it would increase what they pay to borrow. Their fear is that these incremental costs would put them at a disadvantage compared with their international competitors."

"Perhaps more importantly, the Commission is convinced that the social benefits of the reform - in respect of reducing the likelihood of destabilizing financial shocks that increase unemployment and cut growth - would significantly outweigh the costs."

cut growth? .. do they actually hint .. on real growth .. growth that matters .. not paper-growth .. that banks and financials .. create by the tonne .. only to siphon it .. directly .. via bonuses .. into their pockets

"The Commission has also taken steps to reassure the government that it doesn't have a great deal to fear from getting tough with the banks and implementing the change: on its analysis, even if big banks such as HSBC or Barclay's were to move their respective head offices abroad in protest at the reforms, the loss of tax revenue and the damage to the success of the City of London would be limited."

.. the loss of tax revenue? .. would be limited? .. what does that mean? .. that they hardly pay anything .. to really matter

.. to reassure the government .. their ignorance apparent .. no better .. than the general public .. act and react ..under panic ..

.. a great deal to fear .. could it be .. any more vague .. revealing what they actually are .. a bunch of scardy cats ..

"The interim report says: "The Commission's view is that the reforms of the kind contemplated...would support the competitiveness of the economy and would be likely to have a broadly neutral effect on financial services."

.. broadly neutral effect on financial services .. banks ..coming out ..unscathed .. nothing loosing .. nothing lost ..

"Perhaps because of that, some will claim that the Commission has been too timid - in that it has rejected more radical alternatives, such as breaking up the banks, imposing formal limits on their size, prohibiting them from using depositors' cash to make loans, or massively narrowing the range of their permitted activities."

.. has been too timid? ..

.. prohibiting them from using depositors' cash to make loans, ..

.. or massively narrowing the range of their permitted activities.

.. reading between the lines .. gambling it profusely .. betting it .. playing craps with it ..

"The thinking behind the ring-fencing recommendation is that if the wholesale or investment banking arm of a universal bank were to go bad, the retail operation - which looks after our savings, lends to business and moves money around - would not be tainted."

not be tainted?.. how magnanimous .. they are .. to allow .. a modicum a activity .. that actually benefits people .. their concerns are heart-wrenching ..

though .. it is already tainted .. to the hilt .. banks .. determined for huge profits .. solely for the ingratiation .. of their CEOs .. why would they ever .. be interested .. to protect savings .. lend to business .. move money around .. actually interested .. about growth ..

what moves them .. what kicks them around .. the highest returns for their capital ..ever possible ..

"These banks' balance sheets are five times the size of the British economy."

and you do not get .. high returns .. by protecting savings .. lending to businesses .. moving people's money around ..

the very system itself .. prohibits them .. for doing so .. the capitalist system .. the premises .. upon which it is built-on ..proscribes and drives their actions ..

.. in an environment which they have fostered .. where the laws of the jungle .. take precedent .. competitiveness .. fierce .. with no bounds .. all in the service of a vile cum deranged worthy cause .. accumulating wealth .. to an ever narrower segment of societies ..

and in the process .. eliminating .. exterminating .. the very individuals .. by which societies are sustained

a mentality so profusely embedded .. in the way capitalist system .. is handling debts .. at all levels .. from sovereign countries debts .. to small claims from single individuals .. ruthless destruction of debtor .. bringing them to their knees .. unable to sustain and grow .. cutting all lifelines available ..

though repeatedly .. it has been revealed .. that nature itself .. doesn't behave as such .. that there is an economy .. that evades bankers thinking .. seeped deep into assumed predator-prey relationships .. though the predator .. would not kill .. all the prey .. at its sight .. in mind to conserve .. energy .. its limits finite, the constraints imposed by its very own structure .. a deterrent .. in killing every prey .. its eating capacity .. limited as well ..

the environment .. fostered by banks .. capitalism itself .. does away .. with these limitations, the constraints referred to in John H. Holland's .. emergence, from chaos to order .. nature provides itself .. all in the mind .. of creating a sustainable environment

banks financials .. have created an unsustainable environment .. for individuals to grow in ..

competition has its limits .. capitalism .. its premises .. upon which ..it has been built on .. is un-natural .. what banks ..financials ..owe their existence to ..

Egyptian army. Armies. Power given to them. People gave them that power. They act on behalf of the people. Never beyond that.

Egypt: Army crackdown in Cairo's Tahrir Square.

"The armed forces stress that they will not tolerate any acts of rioting or any act that harms the interest of the country and the people," it said."

.. who has the moral standing .. to utter such words .. the one that power was given to .. or the one that gave that power to ..

Field Marshal Tantawi .. Supreme Military Council .. Egyptian army .. was given the power .. the people of Egypt .. gave the power .. they are the ones .. that have the moral standing to utter such words .. and not the ones .. they gave them the power to ..

no general .. no army .. can tell .. the people .. anything .. they act on their behalf .. and upon that behalf .. they should act accordingly .. never beyond that ..

"The military issued a statement blaming "outlaws" for rioting and violating a curfew but said no-one was hurt."

.. "outlaws"? .. spare the people of Egypt .. the Gaddafi-style rhetoric .. has been pounding the ears of people .. on-and-on .. to hide behind it ulterior motives ..

Egypt. Military personnel asserting themselves.

Protests against Egypt's military council continue

By the CNN Wire StaffApril 9, 2011 -- Updated 1330 GMT (2130 HKT)

"On Friday, some soldiers joined the protests in a direct challenge to Egypt's military rulers. For long intervals, they took to one of the stages erected in the crowded square and called for the country's military rulers to be replaced."

"Earlier this week, several military officers took to the internet, recording video statements accusing the chairman of the ruling council, Field Marshal Mohammed Tantawi, of protecting Mubarak from prosecution and of leading a counterrevolutionary movement."

.. now you are talking .. it is a disgrace .. a slap in the face of the human individual .. armies, police .. at the hands .. at the mercy .. of abusers of power .. given to them by people .. and what do they do .. they use them against the people ..

the most inane drawback ... humanity suffers from ..

military personnel aserting themselves .. identifying with their roots .. their personality traits prevailing in the execution of orders .. not a robotic 'arm' .. to do as their commanding officers dictate .. 'blind' instruments of war .. a trend that started .. in America itself .. if I am not mistaken ..

there is no money to spare .. in Cameron's Big Society .. there is hardly enough .. for the HIGH Society .. to get by ..

and the other thing Cameron said .. responsible citizens .. how does Mr Cameron promotes responsibility? .. by law and order? .. imported zero tolerance ideas .. the enforcers strengthened since he came by .. their long arms reach everywhere .. and especially the masses, the so-called law-abiding citizens .. that they don't need their arms poking into their every day affairs ..

total eclipse of their minds .. the long arms have ready made solutions for every problem and puzzle they come up against .. everything .. they don't have to think .. they have others to think for them .. the knowing-all enforcers .. how can the masses learn responsibility .. if they are not left and, many times not allowed, to think for themselves .. will Mr Cameron bless them .. with responsibility?

let me promote an idea of what Cameron's Big Society will actually be .. states of citizens and not states of corporations

Religion and the people's revolt in North Africa

In "Brazil's 'lessons' for Arab rebels" in Al Jazzeera
"Countries transitioning to democracy need to reduce economic inequality, says Brazil's former foreign minister."

The struggle to eradicate inequality.

"I'd imagine that religious institutions will play a pretty prominent role in [any transition] in the Middle East," Flynn said"

.. the correlation undignified .. suppressive regimes .. religion .. hand-in-hand .. and there is not any need .. to invoke Iran .. to support this conjecture

and if not always .. but when not .. only thanks to solitary clerics .. and certainly not .. of religion itself .. of any religion ..

and certainly .. that makes the exception .. but never the rule .. they act(ed) as being part of the people .. and as people among other people .. together ..walk to their foreseen destination .. eradicate inequality ..

the people's will paramount .. and not subject .. to religion what's-o-ever ... religion .. if it may, a follower of the people .. and not the people followers of religion ..

if Brazil is a step .. what people in Egypt,Tunisia are on the way .. is ten steps ahead ..

if Brazil having a leftist guerilla .. as president .. it is not by itself .. proof .. that people's will is paramount .. what's the difference of .. ' leaving abject poverty for less grinding poverty' .. if Brazil believes that their goal is .. to make all Brazilians .. middle-class .. they lost the game from its beginning ..

do not ever confuse .. what happens in Latin America .. with what happens in the Arab world ..

you will reach to the wrong conclusions .. by relying upon wrongly interpreted achievements .. you will find yourselves lacking .. when the situations demand to prove .. what societies .. have 'learned' ..

al Jazzeera's unwillingness to display comments .. a smear to their reputation .. filtering out .. to what .. for whatever reason .. find distasteful

they are not .. as open-minded .. as they make the public assume ..

they are afraid themselves

Ongoing debate small vs big government. Small government? No government at all. The state would have nothing to do with you. Eat your hearts out.

The state is, of people. Your hands off.

small government? ..no government at all .. eat your hearts out, amongst you, to your utter delight .. government would have nothing to do with you .. and you can get all the politicians to your boosom ... to actually find their purpose in life .. what they longed-for .. even before they made the decision to enter politics ..

governments will be manned by people, the men and women that make up, create societies, not from the current bunch that work solely for your corporations, your banks ..

the governments organised

will assume control of all the products and services that people need

.. to buy you out and eradicate your presence from their neighbourhoods, their towns and cities and their countries
the politicians, you can have them, use them as you like, they will better serve the purpose they have set out to serve from the beginning

but the state is of the people, and only of the people and they will organize the way the people want ..

.. to the point that no-one will be without a job

.. the state will be ..of the people

the state will not issue currency .. will not interfere with the running of corporations .. corporations will not be taxed .. they can keep their profits .. the state will make certain that all individuals are cared for .. and all what an individual needs will be provided for .. individuals will know that they would have shelter and food and that they will not suffer whatever the circumstances ... the projects undertaken by the state will be done under the basis that the state will not be dealing with money .. money ceases to be .. as long as the affairs of the state .. are concerned .. states will not issue budgets .. will not pay salaries .. will not pay pensions .. states will not be dealing with money ..

as the list is inexhaustible .. it is not appropriate to take each task separately .. but using the basic principle .. that all individuals within the jurisdiction of the state .. will be provided for .. the details of each task can be elaborated upon that principle ..

corporations will not be curtailed .. they are free .. and to be emphasized totally free .. to do what they want .. provided that they do not harm the citizens of the state .. as the state .. primarily and foremost becomes .. the state of citizens and not the state of corporations

as the state does not have anything to do with money .. it is therefore evident that the role of the banks .. becomes obsolete .. for the sake of the state .. practically inactivated .. banks if they continue to operate .. it would only be for the sake of the corporations .. they are free to devise their own rules .. in whatever way they want .. they can even issue their own private currency .. call them .. bankos ..

their function is irrelevant for the purposes of the state and of the people .. they can do what they like .. for any people working in the banks .. they do so on their accord .. and any conditions of work .. remuneration is going to be negotiated with the owners .. without the state involved .. interfering .. or caring for it .. apart from the point of the employees .. suffering by the acts of the employers .. as employees are citizens of the state and can not be harassed in any way ..

the state will be left to its sole role .. taking care of the citizens . with the citizens .. by the citizens

Americans strategic foreclosures, deliberate acts. Wall Street banks will go bust(. or ?)

Every people in every country have their own way, to deal a blow to capitalism. Corporations, banks shenanigans will not go un-punished. The whole scenario of strategic foreclosures proves that everybody gets its comeuppance.

In 'I won't pay' movement spreads across Greece, the following comment was made ..

"taciturn-2970886
The movement will get here..It's already begun with strategic defaults on mortgages,
As our citizens become more informed on the corrupt, egregious conduct by our banks, brokers, and Goldman Sachs in particular, our citizenry will seriously revolt.
The capitalist scammers will get their just dessert from us hard working patriotic Americans..The scammers will be bashed..Wall Street has destroyed America.
The day will come when the miscreants in high finance will be hung out to dry.

"

Expressed as a movement, that has already begun in USA. Strategic defaults as this article "Are Strategic Defaults Immoral? " informs.

"Strategic mortgage default is in the real estate news these days. Since many homes have lost a lot of market value since they were purchased and the amount owed on the property is much more than the home would currently sell for, some people are deliberately letting the home go into foreclosure so the homeowner can get out of the debt."

Existing mortgages, exceeding current market values, that drive homeowners to stop paying the mortgages to the lending banks, leading to foreclosure of the property so the homeowner could get out of debt. And who chooses to act in such a way?

In article "An Example of Deliberate Default of a Mortgage"

"Why would a person with a good job who can afford to make his house payments just stop doing so and let the property fall into foreclosure? The answer is that in places like Phoenix, Arizona or Las Vegas, Nevada, where prices increased the most during the bubble, home values have in turn dropped by large amounts. The average in those areas is in the 50-60% range and is sometimes higher than that. So the home owner now owes substantially more on his mortgage than the property is worth."

Persons that have good jobs and can afford to make house payments but decides not to, and they have been doing it since 2009, as Wikipedia mentions.

"A study in September 2009 from the credit reporting agency Experian and consulting outfit Oliver Wyman estimated that close to a fifth of troubled mortgages in the U.S. involved borrowers who were strategically defaulting."

A fifth of troubled mortgages in September 2009, involved borrowers strategically defaulting, with the banks taking the losses

"So this begs the question about the morality of sticking someone else with one’s mortgage debt. To be honest this practice does feel a bit slimy. If their bank gets stuck and has to eat most of the loan amount and take the loss, the costs will eventually be borne by others in the community through higher prices and more difficult loan terms for other people. On top of that, the borrowers are adults. They signed a valid contract, so why should’t they pay their debts, especially if they have the money?"

Losses which the banks, as their aged-old practice is, expect to roll the costs to others in the community through higher prices, difficult loan terms. As if they can. In an already stagnant housing market, which means they will bear a devastating blow in their finances, a loss that is not recoverable.

And therefore the morality issue. Moral consequences split between the banks and prospective new mortgage borrowers who are expected to suffer from such acts of deliberate defaulting. But since, the state of the housing market is such, it is doubtful whether the banks will be able to pass the costs to new mortgage buyers, and the banks themselves would suffer the bulk of the blow out of the deliberate acts of defaulting.

Banks experiencing the other end of the stick, for the first time, and the issue of morality goes solely towards them. Would someone feel remorse about the blow they are about to suffer?

"Then again one might ask how bad do banks feel when they foreclose on a homeowner? The big Wall St. banks created dubious financial instruments with mortgages, and they approved loans for buyers who were not the least bit qualified. They did this to make quick paper profits and give themselves huge bonuses."

Morality? Such a flimsy excuse. What a laugh. Where did banks get their morals from? What kind of morals they abide to?

"Ethical issues
Some ethicists have questioned the morality of strategic default, arguing that one has a duty to make payments on debt if one is able.[4] Others argue that there is no such moral duty, a loan being a contract between consenting adults, and noting that financial investors routinely default on non-recourse loans that have negative equity.[3] Some argue further that there is a moral duty to strategically default,[4] and that one should make such decisions based on one's financial interest "unclouded by unnecessary guilt or shame", as lenders who do not modify mortgages do the same, "seek[ing] to maximize profits or minimize losses irrespective of concerns of morality or social responsibility,"[5] or more bluntly stating that "The economy is fundamentally amoral."[6] Further, obligations to honor a contract are balanced by obligations to oneself and one's family, the latter speaking in favor of strategic default, some arguing "You need to put yourself and your family's finances first,"[6] while one also has obligations to a community, which may be damaged by default.[4]"

After going to such great lengths, as to declare that one's financial decisions should be "unclouded by unnecessary guilt or shame" and by 'one' meaning any entity, that entity being either a physical person or a financial corporation, the entities entering this domain of financial activities, the lenders, the banks "seek to maximise profits or minimise losses irrespective of morality or social responsibility" .. and somebody ..or better an entity that does not have to be considerate towards the members of a society that is a part of, acting irresponsibly, is not merely amoral, but immoral.

These are the morals, banks abide to, a concoction to justify their deeds, properly termed misdeeds. And the banks do not deserve anything but, the very same immoral stick, they have been waving for time immemorial, against people.

As economy, beyond the maximising profits and minimising losses it is most and foremost and unequivocally about the lives of people.

As the obligations to oneself and one's family weigh a lot more than the obligations to honour a contract, since without individuals capable to sustain family and self they would not be a society at all. Obligations to contracts are only possible, if and only if, obligations to oneself and one's family are met, but not the other way around.

The quick paper profits, vehemently sought out by banks, the strategic foreclosures, expressed as a movement, the quick paper profits backfiring. Banks foreclosing to their heart's delight, assumed that all their paper profits would be realised in tangible solid assets but alas they created a trap in which they have fallen into, like helpless mice, the current value of the houses foreclosed do not reflect the paper values out of which their paper profits were based upon. Do not materialise.

The banks take the loss and as their current and usual practice to roll the costs to new clients with higher prices, higher prices of what? Of foreclosed houses? .. how can they? to such a slow weak market .. how can they push house values up .. who would buy them?

They will have to bear the full losses themselves, probably starting by cutting the bonuses to their CEOs, or firing a few of them. With all the repercussions in the housing market implied, as themselves certainly, as all other Americans have homes, paying mortgages which now they could no longer afford and judging by their bonuses (oh, you are transgressing .. drooling ..) their houses would be enormous .. defaulting on their loans .. the burden will passed on .. on some other banks, if not their own .. the whole affair spiraling .. out of their control.

.. banks will go bust .. new bailouts ahead?

Tunisia, Egypt, Libya, the whole world, had enough of inequality. Money, the pervasive role that creates it.

inequality .. what are the tools .. by which inequality is enforced ... established .. perpetrated .. money .. in its pervasive role .. in gearing the acts of certain individuals more than others .. undeservedly

all that has been achieved .. by any group of human individuals .. it has been made possible .. by all involved .. in projects undertaken .. it is not enough the funding .. the siphoning of money for any project to come to fruition .. it requires the dedicated efforts from hundreds of individuals .. for any society the world over ..

humanity's achievements out of the coordinated efforts of all human individuals, money system rewards certain individuals more than they deserve

but alas the spoils are divided unequally .. money .. acquires prominence beyond its comeuppance

it establishes .. a rotten system of values .. all emanating out of .. the current social structures .. based on the exploitation .. of the work of the human individual .. as for anything that humanity has achieved .. it was and it is made possible out of the coordinated .. organized efforts of all individuals involved in an activity .. but alas the money system prevailing .. distorts such reality .. and the only ones that get the spoils .. are the ones that they have put .. provided the money

entrepreneurs .. investors .. lenders ..take all the spoils .. and all other people that have contributed are treated .. a little better than slaves .. paid slaves .. the work they have offered looses its meaning .. degraded .. ridiculed .. demeaned .. and lost

and the worst ever side-effect .. the concoction out of this .. of a formula ..
.. an equation .. a function .. for the individuals in societies .. to use to explain .. describe and interpret .. and practice .. all that is happening .. around them .. based on the paradigm of money .. in all aspects of the society they live .. they are faced with ..

poisoning the human individual's life cycle .. at every level in which he acts .. family .. friends .. neighborhoods .. communities .. societies .. nations .. states .. the whole world at large ..

A coup d' etat. Corporatism will fall from within.

Reading the reviews on John Kenneth Galbraith's book 'The Economics of Innocent Fraud: Truth For Our Time'.

The views expressed are spreading out, witnessed by loads of similar expositions, ubiquitously and universally, making out people's minds. Humanity's next stage of evolution undergoing, nevertheless it appears it goes though aparently, a lagging period. What's brewed underneath as yet to come out.

Or at least what national presses led us to believe. Corporatism thrives, all is fine in the Kingdom of Danimarkia. Business as usual.

One last-ditch effort, a push, a kick, a blow. Corporations, the capitalist system, the market economy will be transformed from within.

A coup d' etat rather than a head-on confrontation. Trenched warfare takes longer, wasting precious time.

Snatch the tools from their hands, render them useless in their own game, before they drive us out of our wits.

Humanity needs the infrastructure, built solely on its own painstaking efforts, intact. No bloody noses just hard-nosed bleeding by a blow on their pig-snouts. Can offer the hankies to dry their bloodied noses.

Come to think of it, though not explicitly telling, that is already happening in every office, the world over.

Mohamed Bouazizi, humiliation. State's, ultimate goal. To render their citizens useless. Empty shells.

Death of Mohamed Bouazizi, his mother said .. "It got to him deep inside, it hurt his pride," ..

Mohamed Bouazizi .. his humiliation that drove him to his desperate act .. a deeply human reaction ... something deeply felt .. witness to the length a State .. went .. goes .. would go. Any State.

Hard on the heels to render a human individual .. useless .. devoid of spirit .. empty him .. of any notion of self-worth .. an empty shell of a man or woman ..

.. any State's ultimate goal .. accomplished by state officials, police and the like .. indoctrinated .. practical zombies .. emptied themselves too .. to assist the performance of their duties ..

.. devoid of their human properties .. heavy on their duty .. to empty the contents of all other individuals .. under the jurisdiction of the State

..a system that undegoes to such lengths .. in order to sustain itself .. to perpertuate its existence .. it is not worthy of the human individual ..

..States should stand up to the standards .. human individuals put forth .. demand

"Yes to Mubarak, no to chaos" .. fret of chaos? .. NO ..

"Yes to Mubarak, no to chaos" reported in Al Jazeera, chanted by individuals opposing the people that want Mubarak out ..

.. fret of chaos? .. NO ..

chaos .. it is not but the necessary stage .. readjustment .. of .. the states ..of people's lives .. to new attractors

a step necessary .. for societies to evolve .. where people .. demand to contribute .. to a greater extent .. for the evolution .. of their society

as nothing is given for free .. people should grasp .. and seek out .. firmly .. what it should be theirs .. as all individuals would not leave .. what is in their possesion .. without a fight ..

Mubarak's agony .. the illusion perpetrated in his mind .. that the power is his .. and his alone .. master in his domain .. a grave mistake of his compatriots .. that allowed him to engulf himself into .. perpetrate this myth into his mind .. a mistake long overdue its cure

Mubarak claimed .. that he gave peace to Egypt .. roadways, sewage treatment, water provision, holding of elections, most food prices low .. served Egypt through peace and war .. devoted his life to Egypt.

.. all out of a fallaccy that is his to give .. or anyone's for that matter .. and not out of the myriad every-day demands a growing society puts forth .. that he just merely responded .. and meekly for that matter ..

.. that's enough of this myth utterly endorsed .. by societies, people .. that they require herders .. to progress and grow .. whoever .. at any moment .. at any place .. whatever the conditions and circumstances .. is there at the top .. is out of the sheer will of the people .. and the people giveth .. and the people taketh away ..

..a society, any .. at whatever stage it is .. is out of the contribution of all its people .. and when this contribution .. do not merit .. with equal regard .. it is bound to lead to upheaval .. people in their quest .. that their contribution is properly regarded

Sheriff courts. What do they offer? Justice? ... NO...

Sheriff courts. What do they offer? Justice? ... NO.

To get their cuts from increasing the burden to the individuals who have been unfortunate to fall into their traps. To extract monies that unscrupulous corporate bodies demand from individuals. Demands arbitrary, one-dimensional, singular.

To satisfy the arbitrary demands of corporate bodies from individuals, corporate bodies and 'justice', adhering to the law of 'communicating vessels', serve each other in perfect harmony.

Their task? Their goal? Money's hard-nosed processes at bay, bury all, they are only humans or at least as many as you can, after all, they are only 'human'. Live long the money.

And who is using them. Councils, factors all the remnants of the past. Are they there to ease the burden individuals being in debt feel? No, their purpose is to make it worse to claw even more money.

Society's vultures to pick out the morsels of meat, or digging deep into the marrow of the bone when it is obvious that not even a morsel of meat is left on the bare bones to pick out from. The other side of the Darwinian societies that thrive in the uk.

It is a smear on the face of humanity, allowing these vultures to do their job. They are humanity's baggage of the past that should be relentlessly eradicated.

But the saga has not finished yet. It is now the turn of the credit agencies to finish the job. Credit agencies with indignant ceremonious procedures, their accolytes follow, come forth to finish the job so the unfortunate victims will stay buried, never to ressurect from their grave and in the process how can they not, but make sure that they get their application fee from the dead person, so to verify his death.

We need technology, innovations, organizations. In fact, it is not a matter of need, it is a matter of fulfilling a purpose.

.. we need technology .. innovations .. organizations .. in fact .. it is not a matter of need .. it is a matter of fulfilling a purpose .. the purpose of the human individual upon this earth .. by virtue of the mind harbored in its thick skull .. what we don't need it is the blinding obsession with money .. that money is what makes it possible for the world of humans to revolve around .. that what has been accomplished by human individuals .. is thanks to money ..

flash news .. money might have been the oil .. the lubricant to get things going .. by what drives the engines are the very human individuals themselves .. on all levels .. from top to bottom .. no-one worths less or more than the other .. no-one should have in mind .. that worth less or more than another .. the individual by itself .. is practically nothing .. an insignificant quantity .. not worth talking about .. but when it is part of the whole .. then it becomes something .. achieves purpose .. and individuals in a whole that are achieving their purpose .. enable the whole to advance in greater heights

money --- pitching one individual against another .. going against human nature .. in every level .. their influence -- destroying what has so painstakingly been achieved

investment bought with money .. being nothing more

money being the baggage .. the burden bore by humanity .. in its constant puruit for new heights

it is high time .. to push humanity's paths into the correct tracks .. and what has being achieved .. by the wrong beginnings .. to be carried on .. upon the real values that represent the human individual .. what really matters for humanity

An ode to ..the State

to @Number10gov, @UKParliament

safety rule book .. as heavy as it ever can be .. so heavy .. that individuals can feel its impact .. when it is brought unto their heads ..

ignorance of the law .. is never acceptable .. how many times .. it is pounded upon hapless ears .. this very minute .. all over this country .. the whole world ..

you are supposed to be .. nothing else ..but excellent .. no other state of mind .. is ever allowed ..

human individuals .. full of imperfections .. and out of all the human individuals .. it's a miracle how the perfect standard for an individual emerges ..

to compare against .. and find, naturally, all individuals wanted .. immensely less .. than the standard created, and held as a banner ..

what it can not be achieved .. nevertheless is claimed .. under false pretences .. falsifying their very own selves .. undeservently .. society demands it ..

the whole society .. is built upon a lie .. tries people hard .. lies upon lies perpetrated by people .. in their vain attempts .. to stand-up to the standard ..

it is time to declare the standard false .. and never to abide by it .. free the individual from the inane pursuit to achieve it .. let them be themselves

let them be ..mistakes that pass as people ..

People rich in humanity, ..poor in money. Money cheapens human standards, degrades human values.

Banks out in hordes to buy respect. Cheapening respect, one of humanity's most cherished value. Buying a false sense of security, heavy in advertising what they are not.

Banks attempt a comeback. The widspread notion among people about their criminal destruction of people's economy, their senseless use of the money they possess, their degrading abuse of power, is not a deterent at all. Bombarding people with adverts, to force upon them the idea, them being nothing short of benevolent institutions. Which, downright, they are not.

Advertising, their tool, and at large, in need to be eradicated, extricated out of the bounds of human activities.

Local councils, administration whose priorities of retaining revenues overcomes their absolute and most overwhelming priority, of the well-being of their citizens. Revenues to a great extent comprised, by their commitment to pay salaries and pensions of their employees. Their lot, their employees and pensioners, among the most well-paid within the communities, that would suffer the less, under the current crisis.

Dedicated, in their foremost task, not to loose an iota from their remunerations on the detriment of the services for all other people and especially from people that are hit more by the crisis. In their innate endeavour their persistence in the fines they impose, the mentality prevalent that society cannot tolerate deviations and the devinats from the rules imposed. Rules that prove, on the whole, that stand to a small stature to the society's demands. How cannot be otherwise, they only address a very small fraction out of the rich complexity, complexity undreamt of, in the minds of the legislators, that human interactions within the bounds of a given society can create.

The goals of the many, (although, that this is the essence of their stance, is highly debatable, nevertheless) can not overide the wants of the few. We are in it together and together will find solutions.

Councils, administration that demand from all the others to pay the bill, which their imprudent management have brought to bear. Their strict adherence, to the human-maligning notion of contract, destroys the fabric of the society. They should bear, deeply in mind, to make it a banner to sway, in every bit of administartive task they put themselves into, never to demand what one can not give.

.. people rich in humanity .. poor in money .. money cheapens human standards .. human values ..
